Once your carefully packed package leaves our facility, we can not control what the post office does to it, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to locate a lost package, however if lost, stolen or damaged, that will have to go through your local postal office and carrier. Once it is shown delivered to us, it is out of our hands.
Please Note: We take photos of the items before shipment , along with the invoice in the photo, to ensure all contents are packed and shipped to you correctly and in their entirety.
We can ship internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We normally ship USPS, if you have another preference, please let us know. Also if you get a shipping error message for international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
After February 1st, 2018 our rates are as follows:
$5 shipping up to $19.95
$8 shipping from $19.96 to $200 order total
$16 shipping from $200.01 to $400.00
$25 shipping from $400.01 to 750.00
$30 shipping from $750.01 and up
Shipping is figured on total purchase, before discounts are taken off.
Canada and World Wide rates:
$10 shipping up to $40
$15 shipping from $40.01 to $75 order total
$25 shipping from $75.01 to $150.00
$45 shipping from $150.01 to $500.00

International rates can vary at times.
Domestic and International shipping has risks and shipper is not responsible for items lost in transit if not insured and trackable or if shown delivered with the tracking number. We are not able to track International packages once they have left the USA.
If you have received a defective product ~ and it does happen from time to time, please contact us at email@example.com with in 14 days from date they were received.
Anything opened, sale or retired items may NOT be returned unless found defective and must be done so within the 14 day time frame.
You must show proof of purchase either from us directly online, purchase receipt from one of our shows or our authorized independent retailers. NO EXCEPTIONS. If no proof of purchase for the exact product can be shown, we are unable to help you.
No PayPal refunds. Any credit will be added to your AJVD online store account and not refunded to PayPal due to their policy that we lose any fees paid on a purchase.
